canyon view area shutdown for the 2nd time this year

it's good to be safe, but this is getting ridiculous.

On NOVEMBER 14, 2018, all schools in the canyon view area were locked down. And it was all because of a leaf blower. how could this just happen? well, according to FOX 13 news, "Canyon View Middle School in Cedar City was on lock down due to nearby police activity Wednesday. Cedar City Police responded near the school after someone said they saw a man walking down the street and holding an assault rifle. Responding officers did not find anyone with a weapon but located a person matching the description who was carrying a leaf blower." let make it clear that it is important to insure the students safety. however, if you see someone with a leafblower, please don't call the cops. if the person who called the police did not see the the leafblower clearly, then we understand their mistake. however, if the person thought this was funny, it wasn't. some students were genuinely scared. either way, lets hope this never happens again.
